I may have used up all of our question asking time! I agree that you should try to tighten the bolts and re-safety. I would do the greased plate test to confirm the damping through the entire range. I talked to Scott Decker last week and he's buried with work and under=20= a=20 lot of pressure to "produce".  I may have used up all of our question=20 asking time!
 
I agree that you should try to tighten the bolts and re-safety.  I= =20 would do the greased plate test to confirm the damping through the entire=20 range.
