Looking for a 12 volt solenoid that can stand an "on" time of approximately one hour. In my IV-P, I am using the plenum in the tail to route air to a 4 Inch, 12 volt blower to dump the heat from my A/C condenser. I would like to be able to install a butterfly in the blower outlet that I can open with the solenoid when the air-conditioning is on, yet close with spring pressure to avoid drag in flight. I dont know of any 12 volt solenoids that could operate up to an hour. Any help would certainly be appreciated.
