i was asked off list about the install to which i responded:

i purchased the tks system through joeb at lancair several years ago.  i was one of the first to purchase this system from lancair.  it took many months to receive the system and even longer to get the slinger ring. we had to devise our own tank system. not sure how many they sold.  my understanding is that lancair does not sell the tks system any longer but you may want to check with lancair.  obviously there is the mold available so tks may sell it direct.

brian alley of carbon fiber composites(304-395-4932) did the beautiful install and devised the tank system mainly in the wing root fairings.  we haven't flown yet so we are not done trouble shooting the system.   there seems to be an issue as to whether the pump is strong enough or whether it is not functioning properly but this should be sorted out in due time.  i personally felt and still feel that this is really the only tried and proven deicing system for our planes.  the thermawing system sounds great....time will tell.  i don't like not having anything for the windshield though. i've been hearing about it for almost a decade now.
