I just had a long conversation with Joe Polizoto, the owner of JPI. We
discussed his plans for VMS and its product line. In essence,

1) VMS is here to stay.

2) There are considerable programming resources currently devoted to the
completion of the VM1000C/EC100 product.

3) Spare parts are available for all the older VM1000/VM800 products.

4) JPI will segregate their JPI products for Certified aircraft and their
VMS line for experimentals.

5) Support for all VMS products will come on line as soon as they can hire
and train technicians.

6) No one will be orphaned.
