 Hi Ronald,
 
 I had a problem with the metric software on my VM 1000 Some of the sweep
 arms always show zero but the digital values read correctly.
 It does not show fuel values more that 100 litres for burnt, remaining fuel
 etc...
 I spoke to them in December 2005 and they said that they would have a fix by
 January.
 I emailed them several times and got no reply.
 In April I asked if they had given up on customer support and were they
 planning on closing down their business.
 I got an immediate reply from Lance Turk.
 He said that they were busy with new products and that my problem was in a
 queue.
 It's now 30 November and a year has gone by.
 It sure must be a long queue.
 When I get attended to I let you know,
 Then you will have comfort in knowing that you only have 10 months to wait
 from that time.
 I can't give them my fuel calibration till I get the software sorted out.
 This means that I'll need to get in line again.
 One day the sun will become a red giant and consume the Earth and none of
 this will really matter, except perhaps to us.
