I'm a satisfied Performance Engines customer.  Before they started on my engine, we had a signed contract specifying what they would do and how much I would pay.  They did exactly what they said they would do and I paid exactly what the contract called for.  Stuart has always promptly returned my calls and emails and the post-sale support has been excellent.  I'd certainly buy another engine from them (although I hope I won't have to for a long, long time).
