Everyone's advice is appreciated and has been followed prior to my posting.  Joe B is helping now with solutions, and I'm negotiating with AIG on their needs.

Many have communicated with me off List, so there are a number who have experienced similar problems.

Before, I could not bring the plane and myself for recurrency training at the various locations, but now I can.  This changes the situation compared to the past.

Thanks,

Jeff

Jeffrey-

My wife and I do not share your frustration scheduling at all.  In the two years we have been training, we have found Pete Z. and HPAT very accommodating.

A couple of points that have made it easier for us to schedule:

    1)  Make sure your airplane is ready - cancellations ruin schedules and this is the #1 cause of frustration for everybody
    2)  Email and have patience.  If you don't hear back after a week, give Pete a call.
    3)  Try to arrange recurrent training at one of the HPAT training locations:  Sebring, Napa, Redmond, etc.  In Napa, there were 5 instructors.

Best of luck,

Craig and Sandy Gainza
