My wife and I do not share your frustration scheduling at = all.  In the=20 two years we have been training, we have found Pete Z. and = HPAT very=20 accommodating.  
 
A couple of points that have made it easier for us to = schedule:
 
    1)  Make sure your airplane is ready - = cancellations ruin schedules and this is the #1 cause of=20 frustration for everybody 
    2)  Email and have patience.  If = you=20 don't hear back after a week, give Pete a call. 
    3)  Try to arrange recurrent training = at one=20 of the HPAT training locations:  Sebring, Napa, Redmond, etc.  = In Napa, there were 5 instructors.
