I know exactly the problem you are speaking of.
What I have found to work is to email Pete a couple times in quick succession and then call Pete at different times of day continuously until you get him. ...and when you do try to nail down a date and time right then.
(You can argue about whether morally that should be the situation but the other side of it is that if Pete wasn't a workaholic in the first place he would never have taken this on. ...and the fact that he and the rest of the pilots at
HPAT have taken it on is a huge benefit to all of us. )
