I used SkySmith/AIG also. While building I kept asking Scott for
updates on in-flight coverage and the quotes kept coming down. By
flight time it was down nearly $1,000 from the initial quote. For my
ES-P their only requirement was 10 hr instruction - no recurrent
training, no factory authorised inspector, no factory authorized
component list - all of which had been discussed the prior year. I also
added several experienced test pilots to the policy at no additional
charge.
