the best source of confirmation of the results reported by the customer of 15% fuel burn reduction is NASA Tech Briefs  LEW-16512 where 16.1% reduction was the result of their tests.  Otherwise, a dyno test done by one of the high altitude platforms companies will be sent out to you along with customer tests and the Ferrari report this coming week.
