  Can we all agree that it is much easier and safer to learn from others
  mistakes??? ( I have been trying to do just that for decades and,
  unfortunately, I'm still learning.)
  
  If so, lets compromise by encouraging everyone to fess up with their
  bloopers BUT eliminate the personal criticism (and name calling) by
  deleting the names.

[Sure, almost anything is possible.  If anyone wants to share an experience 
anonymously all they need to do is say so right up front in their post. 
 Better yet, to insure that sort of request gets my undivided attention, send 
the post to me at my personal email address for forwarding.  There'd be less
