An addendum to Bill Harrelson's suggested header tank mounting method
(which sounded excellent to me... I know, I rebuilt my entire header tank
and redid most of the flanges as well) is that you not forget that the
exterior of the header is done in gel-coat, and it's necessary for you to
sand all the way through it and down to the glass itself to establish a
proper bond for your BID attachments.  I'm pretty sure this is mentioned in
the manual, but I thought that a gentle reminder was in order in this case.
