Sorry, but I have to disagree.

My fluid flow textbooks say that dynamic pressure is one-half times air density time velocity squared.

P = 1/2 * rho * V^2

where rho is air density and V is velocity.  If you use rho = 0.002378 slugs per cubic foot (sea level standard) and velocity in feet per second, you get P (dynamic pressure) in pounds per square foot.  Divide the result by 144 to get PSI.
