Here's more detail on how I did the lettering. A shop that just happens to
be in Colorado Springs, but does work for companies all over the country,
does dry transfer lettering in any color, even multiple colors.

They have specific file requirements. Illustrator EPS with the fonts
converted to outlines. I happen to have the right software so it was easy.
They
work mostly for the graphic design and packaging industry so Adobe
Illustrator
is the software of choice.
You might contact them and see if they can accept other file types. There
may be other companies out there.
