If you mean presbyopia, then my physicians tell me nothing hurts or helps with the problem.  It is just a phenomena of aging and we have to live with it.

They, and internet research, also say that the "eye exercises" you see advertised have nothing to do with helping visual acuity.  They only help with "lazy eye" situations.  This is a condition, most commonly in children, where the eyes do not track together.
