In working on the layout of my IV-P panel, I essentially have the right side
available. A friend installed a touch panel computer display in his RV-10
that he intends to hook up to a laptop in his lap--of course. It appears
that I have space to install a screen and to mount a tray below it to recess
the laptop into the panel--if I could get components compatible with this
type installation/configuration.

This would allow me to receive and display WX Works weather and to display
approach charts and a moving map driven by the laptop.

Have any of you considered/tried this arrangement? Other comments?
