This is the moment when a non-builder like me feels a little helpless. I, of course, have none of the materials, let alone the experience, necessary to install the required brace.  So here's the plea.  Is there a current builder anywhere near Gnoss Field, Novato, CA who's about to carry out the installation?  I'd like to come and look over your shoulder.
