    I should let John speak for himself, but here are the instructions he gave me to find the pix on his site  -  "For pictures, go to:  http://www.lancaironline.net/pix/    and click on the album with the sillouette of an ES. Then click on the  instrument panel album and go to page 2 of that. There are pictures of  both the front and back."
