This is a "getting close" email to let any other latecomers jump on board.
If interested, send me an email, and answer the question below.  BTW, I believe this style cap is used not only on the Legacy, but also on
the ES.  To clear the air, there are actually 3 caps that you might have.
The stock one that came with your kit (I have no idea what it looks like).
The "upgraded locking version" of a cap that fits the stock flange.  A
locking version that I believe comes with the IV - this requires a different
flange be installed in the Legacy and the ES.  I'm working on the "upgraded
locking version" of the stock cap.

I have about 30 people who have emailed me with interest and any more I get,
serves to drive the cost down a little further.  Below is the latest email that I just sent directly to those that have shown
interest.  If you'd like to participate, please read this and send me the
information needed.

Ok, all, this mailing should be going out just to those that have voiced
interest.  I've updated my drawing to show what the completed part should
look like.  Those images are here.

The part will be milled from 6061 aluminum and it will be finished by:

Mechanical - Grinding flat surface 16 microinch, .0005" flatness (Top)
Mechanical - Buff Polish (6" wheel) (Top, Front, Back, Left, Right, (bottom
won't be done))

The radius' that you see in the pictures will also be milled into the part.
I have tapered it by 1 degree on the sides that will drop into the gas cap,
and I've adjusted the "flip" offset to provide a more positive down and
"snapped" (hopefully :)).  I've decided NOT to clear anodize these parts.  I
believe that the stock cap is not anodized, simply polished.  If you guys
differ with my assessment, please let me know, I"m not a professional
machinist.

Looks like price range is currently in the $20-$25 range.  This is based
upon qty and milling and finish work.  I'm a little above some of your price
votes, but I'm trying to manage this down.  Before I push the go button,
I'll confirm final prices.  I know this seems high for such a small part,
but I priced getting it done locally and it was $700 for ONE!  Even after a
second quote, it only went down to $500.

What I need right now, is an accurate count of parts.

So, could you please send me an email with the following information.

Name:
Qty: (if you need one for each tank, then you need 2 and so on :)... Some
have more than 2 tanks so I need an accurate count)

OBTW, it looks like delivery timing would be approx 31 days from the date of
order.
