Two bearings and a small spacer replace the plastic sleeves. Drew has already installed his and he's amazed how smooth the controls are, and with no play. You need to have some simple machining done to the hole through the sticks to accommodate the bearings, but it's an inexpensive and effective upgrade. No I don't get a commission!
