They have a 5 year warranty. The company picture should be in the dictionary along side the definition of "customer service". I had one of these cylinders fail and E-mailed the company on Sunday. They responded first thing Monday telling me it was covered by warranty. I sent my shipping address and they decided that I should replace both cylinders just in case! So I am getting two free gas springs replaced free of charge and with NO hassle! Bill Bradburry I
