I'll add to Doug's post this observation: Unless there's a flying club on
the facility, you won't be able to buy fuel, and although I've found the
transient support crew friendly enough, they can provide little more support
than a tiedown. My experience has been that unless you have a need to be at
the installation, it's generally easier to fly to the nearest civil field.
