SB055, although it doesn't appear to at first, applies to the 360 and tells of the bottom falling off of the nose gear, if, and when, it cracks. I had my nose gear exchanged in about 1999 and I still have the old one that may crack.

I serviced my nose gear strut on my 360 a couple of weeks ago. I do this every 6 months. When the wheel assembly is off, I inspect up inside the lower shaft. Usually it is nice and clean. This time I found patches of rust. Has anyone else discovered rust in this area?
