Wow, Sorry Randy. I guess I misunderstood what he was telling me. Maybe the $200 figure was just for the labor??? Anyway, I didn't really get mine for "free". I just refused to buy the 430 until Chris AND Garmin both promised to including the upgrade at no additional charge when it finally became available. After all, it was their marketing department that advertised that terrain would be included on all new units after Nov 2004. I just made them honor that.
