I added a micro-switch to the actuator on the 2nd door handle (L-IVP) using the 3rd contact on the doors electrical pad for power.  The first contact powers the door seal pump, while the 2nd contact is ground

The red warning light remains on whenever the master switch is on and stays on until the door is closed and the 2nd door handle is fully rotated.  Simple system;  seems to work pretty good. Regards, Bill Hogarty
