A local builder tells me it would take him up to 3 months and = hundreds of hours. The 'month' time period is really arbitrary as it based on = how many hours a day you spend thinking and working. The first timer = will spend 100's of hours if 'think' time is counted. The 'done it = before' builder will use up a 100 or 200 hours. =20 Retrofitting will take longer than when on new construction on the = account of everything that is in the way. Plus cutting into a finished = tank for retrofitting adds more time. Finish work with painting adds = time also.
