Dear Marv,  You may want to 'tag' the following on to this subject - it is
my 2 cents' worth, but having spent a large proportion of my professional
flying career with moving maps (started in 1975 on L.1011s and ended on
B.747-400s in 1993), the MOST important thing to get FIRMLY implanted in
ones mind when looking at moving maps, is that "THE POSITION DEPICTED IS
ENTIRELY AN ELECTRONIC POSITION and probably NOT the actual position of
the
