Listers:  I am in the "final" agonies of building an unpressurized LIV with a TSIO-550.  Agonies because of the fill, sand and repeat body working that defines the last 20-50% of the construction process.  To the point:  I am interested in actual weight empty so I know how mine fares--yes I will show you mine when the time comes!  Lancair sez their prototype way back when weighted 2000#--but I don't know the config (paint, upholstery, avionics, which prop, etc).  One example I am familiar with increased empty weight 100# after paint and upholstery.  So thank you all for any data.
