Thanks for your candid remarks. You've given us a gift with your honesty. I hope you delay you decision to dump the aircraft at least unitl it's fixed -- then decide.

Your focus on airspeed saved your bacon. Pilots all too often will not let their planes glide, and the only alternative to a glide is really ugly.
