When my gas strut got week ( SPD-2300-90) , I ordered a replacement from Vern. When it arrived I noticed that the replacement strut was marked 125 instead of 90. Hmmmmm? After installatiion, the door would not close completely (as if the strut was not closing enough) and finally it snapped the mounting piece completely off the door; almost taking off my head in the process. FWIW, the answer appears to be a replacement gas strut from NAPA Auto #819-5521. Appears to fit correctly and work well. Regards, Bill Hogarty
