I seem to recall there was a lot of discussion = about numbers of landings and what was a good number to see. I just replaced the Goodyear Flight Custom II tires on my Super ES. I = didn't replace them because they were worn out but because I picked up a = vibration about 3 weeks ago and suspected tires. I found a left main = that had some flat spots on it and was quite a bit out of balance. I = decided to replace all tires rather than just that one. Both main tires had a lot of tread left. I actually was tempted to = continue using the right main and nose tires. They both had a lot of = time left and looked very good. I resisted the temptation in order to = start fresh with new Goodyear Flight Custom III's. The numbers come out like this, if anyone is interested: total hours in = service (tach hours not Hobbs).........384. Total number of = landings..............477. I am very satisfied with the performance. Just thought I would share = the information since I don't believe I ever saw actual numbers posted = on the list. May have just missed them in which case I am giving = totally useless information.
