I have received so many emails and phone = calls over the last two years regarding my very hybrid Legacy project = that I=20 have decided to create a builder's website of my own. (The master, Don = Barnes will always remain so)...My project employs many departures from the Lancair format. Many are for aesthetic reasons, some are for comfort = reasons and most are for performance reasons. The major "departure" = though is of course the powerplant. It's been an interesting journey and I = suppose it's up to the gentle reader to decide whether or not I will end = up being the Prodigal Son...(I'm a guy that spent a few thousand dollars researching = and traveling in order to hang an Allison turbine on my firewall, an = option I reluctantly avoided). I would like to continue in the tradition of the LML contributors that = offer stories on great successes as well as pitfalls to avoid.
