Hey LML gang,

I’ve worked up a rudder-brake pedal mechanism design for my Legacy that gets the hardware off the floor, is pilot adjustable (note Legacy seats don’t move), and can handle my big feet and long legs.

If you’re interested in looking at it in 3D, click on this image to go to my rudder pedals webpage – then click on that image to download an eDrawing executable of the CAD that you can view from any angle on your computer.

I’m planning on getting a TIG welder at Oshkosh – though it will take a long time to get good enough to do this job well.  Can anyone recommend a fabrication shop that is real good with aluminum, especially welding, where I can get this produced?

Thanks,

Valin Thorn
