I made a tool to handle the fitting inside the axle assembly. Basically it is a 7/16 socket that I cut a slot for clearing the brake line. It is extended with a 1/2" pipe nipple and a nut on the other end that is TIG welded. It's not a big deal, but if any of you need it, I would be glad to send it out, just as long as you send it back when you are through with it. It might save you some fooling around and get on to the business of project completion. This is one of those "I hope I never have to use again..." kinda tools.
