Hamid,
That might have been my comment to which you were referring. Several posts
back I remarked that the only real problem seemed to be that the CB popped
for no apparent reason, so in this case I agree with you. Should the CB
have been "repeatedly reset?" Probably not, but I find the mention of doing
just that in pilot training and POH's, so I'm afraid even the FAA implies
that it is "okay." I was remarking that taking off in VFR conditions Is not
particularly unsafe and as far as I can tell doesn't violate any FAR's. As
for judgmental I often find we as humans tend to drift away from judging
actions ("repeatedly resetting the breaker") to judging people ("some people
shouldn't be allowed...."). Judging actions is a useful and enlightening
endeavor, but judging people can be a slippery slope.
