Chris,

The last I heard was the "Tigress" is still flying and based at the Lancair
facility in Redmond. I believe that this will probably be a one off
prototype and that Lancair do not intend to "kit" it. I think the overall
cost for what is basically a 2 seater aircraft was probably a big factor and
when you compare the performance figures with more fuel efficient and cost
effective alternatives, this is probably a sound business decision. If you are going to Redmond for the September Fly-In you should see it
there.
