 The better term would be the history - reckless or not - Insurance people go
cold heartedly by statistics. This is why you can move 3 blocks and suddenly
pay significantly more for your automobile insurance. (same driver same car
etc, just a statistic that in zip code xxxxx there are more accidents.)  The
result is the same. You have to prove a history of safety if you want good
rates - or to be insurable at all.
