    you need the little jpi floppy and the cord.   Plug the serial port of
your computer into the jpi jack, run the program and follow the instructions.
 "new" means everything since you downloaded last while "all" means everything
in the jpi memory.
    there was a bug in the jpi unit up until I think sometime in 2003 which
causes the data to get corrupte if the internal memory fills.   This manifest
itself as an inability to save the file.   If you run into that you will have
to reset your memory.  jpi tech support can tell you how to do that.  I
forget.    ....but maybe you have a newer unit and won't run into that.
