I made all my ribs, seat back, spars, etc. out of the foam and glass
(Except for the MKII standard build stab. That comes with a small piece of
prepreg for the ribs and spars.). After I doing a couple, I was able to
crank out these pieces very quickly. If I were to do it again, I would
still make them out of foam.
