The Factory 360 is a Big tail version and will not be the same as the small tail. I know they will tell you it is. If that were the case then why the Big tail? The other thing is the statement that you have an electrically controlled elevator trim tab. I beleive your only problem is the trim tab. IMHO I cannot imagine your trim tab having enough authority to trim off the pitch down moment created by the flaps. As I and others have said, it takes alot of back pressure to trim for landing with full or even partial flaps. If you want a good comparision I would get a ride in a samll tail 320/360 with a mechanical trim system. I think you will be surprised at the difference.
