Well, Lancair 320 weenies, here is your opportunity to see if your engine can run at takeoff power for a mere 2 hours.  Additional benefits will accrue to those that follow me to the finish line - I'll bring you a beer while you try to figure out why you just can't go faster even though there are leaves stuck in your pitot.

 

I know, I know, some of you will ship your tie downs and other baggage, via Fed Ex,  to OSH  in order to save weight - Hah!, You need that ballast thrown in the back to approach the neutral point - flying will be just like trying to dance on a beach ball.  Some of you will add STP, Marvel Mystery Oil and Microlon to try to squeeze some extra ponies out of the engine - Good Luck!  Some of you will not enter 'cause you know it's hopeless.

 

Listen up - the 360s will be forced to run with the turbo-charged Polen Special - they won't have a chance at 1st place.  With a few 320s entered, we will have our own class - a race amongst ourselves.  I'll take 1st and the rest of you can work out the show and place positions.
