First, I called Kaman Customer
Support, (888) 235-3550, who gave me the number of their local supplier.
I then called Kaman, Lima
(Ohio) Division, (419) 227-7613, and
talked to Sandy.
She indicated the part was a single metal part with a 1” face without any
shaft locking mechanism made by Martin Sprocket and Gear. That seemed to
fit with what I know about the gears of legend. She quoted $14.77 ea. and
I didn’t want to argue. I bought 4.
