About a week ago I had the = opportunity to fly John's Legacy over to Redmond and took the bad parts = with me to show to Tim Ong. He told me that they had looked into our = reported problems, agreed there was a design problem with the = bellcranks, redesigned some of the parts, built prototype parts in = house, sent revisions to a supplier and had new parts in inventory to = solve the problem. These new parts will be in new kits and are = available for sale to anyone who wants to upgrade existing planes. In = less than three weeks they acknowledged a problem, redesigned it, and = had replacement parts in stock.
