It seems to be the best interface with the Chelton systems. My guess is like EFIS systems, give them two years and there will be many choices for very reasonable prices. Don't the WSI systems lag 5-7 minutes in their information as the WX Worx is real time? Good question as I am considering adding weather as well. There are many things to discuss but the one that has my attention at the moment is which service will dominate. I planned wsi + mx20 into my IVP panel because at the time (spring 2004) IMO WSI was the only one that was really ready for an in-panel installation. Since then wxworx has expanded their offerings, won the business from Garmin, put up more satellites etc. I'm wondering if they are going to gain more momemtum and challenge the viability of WSI to the point where WSI service and support becomes an issue. Anyone care to offer a look in their crystal ball?
