No, that's the sort of thing
that gets you into trouble with ground loops. Better is to run both wires
to the "forest of tabs" and then crimp two or more wires together in one
fast-on. Depending on gauge, you can bunch two to four wires in one red
fast-on, more in a blue one, and if you really have a fistfull, use a yellow
one! Even with two wires per tab, you've got 96 connection
possibilities. Can't imagine needing more ground connections than
that.
