I don't think that's true to say. Dave Allen test flying an ES was very
definitely flying a stall series and upon pushing forward stick to recover
from what he called a deeper stall the aeroplane  rolled uncommanded. LIVP
VH-CIV, a new aeroplane in flight test, was being flown through a stall
series by a highly experienced pilot in command. The new owner of  LIVP lost
in Novalato Mexico was receiving qualification training from an American
CFI, witnesses reported stall/spin. The LIVPT lost in Mesa AZ was on it's
third test flight, it's not inconsistent that for this aircraft and the LIV
lost in Novalato that the pilots were engaged in stall series. Especially
considering that to enter spin the aircraft must first be stalled.
