I HAD TIME IN A 210 AND RV-6A AND 172. I HAD ABOUT 700 HOURS AT THE TIME. THE LEGACY IS THE BEST BEHAVED PLANE I HAVE FLOWN. I KEEP MY SPEED AROUND 120KT ON BASE AND 100KT ON FINAL. I HAVE LANDED IN A 15KT CROSSWIND NO PROBLEM. THE HARDEST THING TO DO IS SLOW DOWN WITHOUT USING SPEED BRAKES AS YOU MAY ENTER PATTERN AT 220KT. I HAVE NOT STALLED IT EXCEPT ON LANDING IN GROUND EFFECTS(ACTS LIKE ANY OTHER PLANE). THE RV'S ARE FINE PLANES BUT YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LEGACY FOR GETTING THERE. N9ZP [Donald... thanks for jumping in.
