 I would also like to know more about the performance of the NACA 64212(?) outboard wing section on the IV-P's we have created (trusting WHOM?)  I, for one, did no research and thank Robert for his extreamly valuable input.
 Let's wring this one out.  LIV-449 aka N990Y (IV-P) has standard non-removable wing tips blended to the wing outer airfoil by eye and the best measurement I had at the time, the Smart Tool level.
