Clearly my expectations of what a DAR was supposed = to do was too broad, however I KNOW there are many things on that = checklist that were not done by the one I had. I think John's emphasis on the importance of having a qualified test = pilot/inspector go over your plane before its first flight is the best = advice to be given in this area.
